Design, Construction, Testing & Commissioning of Power Generation System
Executed the design and construction of two 2MW containerised Gas Engine Generator Sets (GEGS), including associated pipelines and ancillary systems, to enable power generation from biogas.
The scope comprised full civil, mechanical, and electrical works. Civil works included the provision of materials, construction plant, labour, supervision, and overall project management for both temporary and permanent structures. Mechanical works covered the design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of all plant and equipment required for biogas-based power generation.
Electrical works involved the complete design and implementation of power and control systems, including switchboards, motor control centres (MCCs), master control and power management panels, motor starters, variable speed drives (VSDs), power supply units, cabling systems, local control panels, and protection devices.
Delivered a fully integrated and operational power generation system, ensuring efficient energy recovery, system reliability, and compliance with performance and safety requirements.
